After nearly four years, we are finally on the home stretch with the DD rebrand and redesign. In 2004, we launched DD V3.0. We will post links to the old version later. By 2005 we had nailed down the DD logo. It took another 3.5 to nail down the website layout and architecture. This is fairly common amongst designers. Gene Malowany, a master graphic designer, once told me that:
“You are your own worst client.”
I think 3.5 years on a website pretty well qualifies as our worst performance to date, (though we are pleased with the results). More on this to come . . .
