An Events Calendar, User Registration, and More
We developed the new WordPress-powered site on a tight deadline, using our hand-coded boilerplate theme as a starting point. The new site incorporates the look-and-feel of Daring Cities’ parent organization, ICLEI, while introducing several novel features such as user registration, login-restricted content, and a filterable events calendar. The user registration system integrates with Mailchimp to enable targeted emails throughout the event. In addition, registered users can RSVP for virtual events, browse the member directory, and access other gated resources.
